Operations Manager


  • Joining Tactical Management team post-acquisition of a new business
  • Participating in portfolio company’s reorganization and restructuring
  • Working with established management to develop and implement a comprehensive restructuring concept
  • Strategic and delivery elements involved in the role
  • Opportunity to support/lead various projects from analysis to final implementation
  • Up to 12 months on-site engagement in improving competitiveness and profitability of portfolio companies


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or similar
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years
  • Ideally a mix of consulting background and industry experience
  • Essential to have experience in restructuring/operations and an advantage to have experience in leading a team/project
  • A genuine interest in the private equity industry is required
  • Possess analytical thinking, result-oriented personality, a well-developed sense of responsibility, and a strong teamwork ethic
  • Must be “hands-on”, communicative, and entrepreneurial in personality
  • Fluency in English is required, and further language skills are welcome
  • Must have excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
