Intern Private Equity (Dubai)
Responsibilities
- Offer support in identifying and assessing potential investment opportunities, including initial screening and analysis.
- Analyze business models, markets, and competition to evaluate the feasibility and potential of investment options.
- Provide assistance in financial modeling, company valuations, and business plan preparation, as well as support for the due diligence process.
- Deliver operational support to our portfolio companies, such as implementing measures to improve performance, streamline operations, or execute carve-outs.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, engineering, or law, and have a track record of high academic achievement.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills, a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and independently.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Have strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Ideally, have prior relevant work experience gained through internships in private equity or related fields such as transaction services, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
- Showcase outstanding academic credentials and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and challenging environment.
