The proposal is the investment in a whey protein industrialization plant with the possibility of producing two categories of product: demineralized whey powder and protein concentrates with purity levels of up to 80%.

Objectives

Implement and develop the value chain of dairy products with the industrialization of whey, elaborating high-value concentrated or isolated milk protein aggregate, intended for the food industry.

• It will be guaranteed to receive the benefits with the signing of an investment contract with the government through a public deed and approval of the Sectorial Council of Production.


• Stability on tax incentives up to 15 years, renewable once (maximum validity of 30 years).
