Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing timely reports and presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Overall assist and support office administration

Qualifications

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
