Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Assist in preparing timely reports and presentations/proposals as assigned
- Overall assist and support office administration
Qualifications
- Experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
